Your genogram data

Diagrams you create are stored only in your browser (localStorage) so you can pick up where you left off. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We cannot see, recover, or delete your diagrams — clearing your browser data removes them. Exported PNG/PDF files are generated on your device.

Email addresses

If you submit your email (for templates, the cheat sheet, or Pro updates), we store that address with the page it came from in our database (hosted on Supabase) and use it to send the content you asked for plus occasional product updates. We don't sell or share it. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can request deletion anytime via rpdoyle1@gmail.com.

Usage analytics

We collect basic, anonymous usage events (for example: "a genogram was exported as PDF") to understand which features matter. These events contain no diagram content, no names, and no health information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Browser storage is used only for your diagram autosave, your Pro status if purchased, and remembering that you dismissed a banner.

Payments

If a Pro purchase is offered, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from them.
